Returns

We hope that you enjoy every item that you purchase at Clash of the Cards. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, please feel free to contact us at returns@clashofthecards.com so that we can best assist you.

You may return a purchased item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (less the cost of shipping, handling, and other charges).

If you purchased your item through Amazon.com, please follow their return policy.

To return item(s) purchased on Clashofthecards.com, please adhere to the following instructions:

1. Pack the item(s) to be returned, along with the original order slip. All items must be returned in good condition to receive credit.

You are responsible for the cost of shipping your item. We recommend that you use a shipping method that provides a tracking number, so that you can monitor delivery status. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit, and/or packages assumed delivered (i.e., packages without a tracking number’s delivery confirmation).

You will be refunded the return shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturing defect.

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 30 days of our receiving the returned order.
